Do gaming companies with in-game tokens need a MiCA licence?

If your tokens are transferable, tradable, or usable outside a closed loop, MiCA may apply. Closed, non-transferable points are often out of scope. The screener tests for transferability, secondary markets, and EU nexus, then explains why a result is Yes/No/Maybe.

Are NFTs covered by MiCA?
